Hi there I suffer with severe anxiety and depression after the loss of my daughter and other trauma. Thought this group might be help.

    Welcome to the community, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your daughter.

    Have you had any grief support? Cruse offer some wonderful support.

    We have other parents on the community who have suffered a loss, including our community champion @RichardVR who you might like to chat to.
