Hi there I suffer with severe anxiety and depression after the loss of my daughter and other trauma. Thought this group might be help.

    i suffer with depression and anxiety too, everyone on here is very supportive and gives the best help and advice :)

    Welcome to the community, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your daughter.

    Have you had any grief support? Cruse offer some wonderful support.
