Scope is a member of the Care and Support Alliance who are looking to gather information from people and their families who have needed adult care and support. As well as telling us about your experience’s we’d like to know how you’d like to see the system changed so it meets your needs.

The Government are reviewing the future of social care later this year and the results from the survey will be used to support the CSA’s campaign for the social care system to be better funded, but individual responses will remain anonymous.
