Hi everyone, 

I work for Celebrating Disability.  I'm Michelle, I'm the PA to the Managing Director.  Celebrating Disability is a disability equality consultancy delivering support to businesses with a passion for equality and inclusion for disabled people in the workplace.  

#PartOfMe is a monthly podcast that hears the experiences of disabled people in the workplace.  It aims to raise awareness of the positive impact a disabled person can have on the workplace.  It offers advice and solutions through lived experience of how businesses can support their disabled employees to thrive.
