I wanted it to be a happy piece at first. But it ended like this. Which is still positive as releasing emotions. Thank you hun

@lisathomas50 I can see why they’re some of your favourites, they’re beautiful. Love the sunset ones, the horse and Duck too! The one of the little girl with the owl is just precious

So my friend is a big fan of the movie Paul, and asked me to make him a life sized bust of the Alien Paul for his collection
heres a couple of pics of the clay sculpture

I then made a 2 part mould of the sculpture and then after cleaning the clay out of the mould i was ready to pour the rubber
    heres the two part mould

Heres the finished Rubber head, which i airbrushed with different shades of grey, i made the eyes from christmas baubles, backpainted

    nice photo @marybottomley
I thought i'd show some small scale sculpting i did a few years ago, i went through a phase of hearing a baby cry, and it was just in my mind, my therapist at the time thought i could use my artwork to help, so i set about sculpting a couple of small scale baby busts, the first one i was pleased with but never finished, the second one i finished, a bit rough but i was happy with it, a couple of inches long sitting on a flower, i came to realise the baby was me, i had been abused for years and this was just one of my minds ways of dealing with it, anyway, a bit different to the slavering monster busts i usually do,lol

@Grinchy Hi, I am so sorry you went through that.
Your artwork is absolutely amazing. I hope you can continue to heal. You have an incredible gift as your sculpting shows. Sending my best wishes and a big hug Xx
