Good morning everyone, hope you’re all well. So many amazing, talented people here, so I thought I’d share my hobby, which is cross stitch. I’ve back doing it about a year now, after not doing any since childhood. This will be a Christmas stocking for my 4 year old little girl.

@Grinchy WOW! WOW, they’re absolutely Fantastic! Did you ever work in the film industry? Love the cosplay costume! You could make a fortune selling stuff like that as cosplay is quite big. And as for the bust….?honestly I’m blown away by what you make.1

Hey @Pandapaws, yes i did some film and tv work, i worked on muppets christmas carol, event horizon, first knight with Sean Connery, and tv stuff like casualty, and holby, sadly illness has forced me out of the industry, but i have nice memories, glad you like the stuff, i do make the odd thing still, it just takes me longer, but i like to do it as a hobby, but its so expensive, that adult pred suit cost nearly two grand, pricey but it was hours of work2

@Grinchy OMC! Thats just awesome that you worked on all those fab films and shows. Like you say I bet you have lots of fabulous memories etc. You can see that costume would have been hours of work, it’s an absolute triumph! You have such a talent for it.1

I tired to post this earlier but didn’t work! So a, trying again! Here are some of my latest digital artwork. I did this for one of my friends, it’s her cats 16th Birthday ? she’s a bit of a Diva, grumpy princess, so had to make sure I got her expression ?2

Hello, I'm new here, so I just wanted to say hi to everyone0

Hi! @Tich welcome to the boards, its a great place!
Heres another art piece, this time made from silicone, its freddy again, this was a fun project very gruesome, silicone has a great translucency and looks and feels like flesh, you have to use translucent paints to paint it with, and its very expensive to do, more than 3 times the cost of ordinary latex props and masks that i usually make

I used to love swimming but now am afraid of what people will think when stripped off.
So joined the therepy class for people who will not cast a sly look and whisper behind my back as they are in the same boat.
Nervous but confidence comes with making the first steps and meeting others, keep up the good work as I now go with my daughter.2 -
Well done on getting out to the gym, good luck to both of you, wishing you all the best0
