The first kitty and cow was for one of my friends. Both of them sadly had to be put to sleep in the same week. She was absolutely devastated bless her so I thought I’d have a go and do my style of them. It’s my first time doing a cow0 -

Hi all
My name is Lesley. I have many health issues which means I dont get out very often. I am also a watercolour artist who sees in sepia through one eye because of a cataract and have very blurred vision in the other eye.
Just like to say "give art a go!".
I used to be super critical of my work and making a mark on a virgin piece of paper was so scarey only those who try watercolour can understand. My process now begins with "I am just playing" and I try to make a mark every day if only doodles of things I can see.
This painting came from my imagination and was painted with a left over blob of blue I had on my pallet, indigo I think. My daughter saw it and it had strangely disappeared when she left.

Those are fantastic @Pandapaws thanks for sharing, put a smile on my face.
Great photo @Libby_Scope Me and hubby love this area, was lucky to say in hotel for a couple of days. Two years on the trot, still didn't find time to check the shops out or the Cathedrals, must go back again.1 -

Hi,
Thank you very much. The message is everybody who wants to give art a go should do so. I get enjoyment out of making marks and sometimes it turns out well.1 -

Beautiful painting Sorsha, love seascapes. My son had a massive brain stem bleed in 2011, he now paints in watercolour, both join our village art group to paint and have coffee and cake, great company. I find painting a lovely escape for a few hours, love it.1

@painter I love your use of colour and the subtle effects you have achieved in your background. Although breaking the "rule" of always having odd numbers of subjects the use of salt in the center and the suggestion of other blooms in the background works really well to balance the composition. Great job0

Still needs touching up, I can only do bits at a time. I've never painted in my life, I really enjoyed doing it.
I'm not too sure what it is, but most of the paint are from end of line buckets they have is shops, the most expensive tin (small) was 50p!2 -
I like your design and the colours , well done !1
