Remaining politically neutral during General Election 2024

Under guidance from the Electoral Commission and Charity Commission, it's important that Scope remains politically neutral during General Elections.

While we understand that this period will see many passionate discussions and do not want to discourage open discussion, we cannot allow discussions which are purely intended to influence voting.

As ever, please make sure that your comments remain respectful of other people's opinions and keep to our online community house rules.

Hello @Foxyfoo73 and welcome to the community.
Either we've invented a new invisible ink system for these posts or you were not sure what to post  so let me explain:

You've found a safe place here, Foxy (I hope that name implies a love of foxes) and you are among friends. Whatever experiences you have had or are going through, whatever your troubles are or have been, you will almost certainly find people here who have experienced something similar, who care and can empathise with you. Don't hesitate to talk to us, to ask us questions or to tell us anything about yourself. The better we get to know you and how you feel, the more easily we may find ways to help you.

Take your own time, of course, but remember there is nothing to fear here. To us, you matter.

    Warmest best wishes to you,
    Richard
