in Start here and say hello!
Hi I'm Anita and for the last 7 years I have suffered with fibromyalgia, RA , OA , and degenerative spine disorder ,those are the big ones but I have others to . I just wonder how people cope with the chronic pain daily, the boredom from not working and the complete lake of motivation at times

    A good many members have the main conditions that you refer to here and you will find many friends and sympathisers.
    I'd recommend starting with the forum 'Dealing with chronic pain' https://community.scope.org.uk/categories/chronicpain  Have a look at some of the conversations and perhaps join in. Others, too, will be along to respond to your post in due course.
