Hello Anna, @anna496 and welcome to the community. I am very glad you have found us.
I am very sorry to hear of your son's condtion. It was previously unknown to me, but I looked it up here https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/nephrotic-syndrome/. It might be worth a read, if you have not read it already. I have also found for you the National Kidney Federation (www.kidney.org.uk) https://www.kidney.org.uk/home/SearchForm?Search=nephrotic+syndrome in case it may be of help.
A big issue for you right now, I'm guessing, is coming to terms with the diagnosis and with what it may mean for the future. Many of us here have been through that, often with other diagnoses of course, but you will find many who understand - including myself - the fear, the anxiety, the self-doubt and all the other things which come to us at such times. Please don't be afraid to share with us. You are very much among friends here.
Warmest best wishes to you,
Richard -
