National Debt line will point you in the right direction

Step Change Debt Charity. Can contact your creditors and put you on a debt management plan. When they go through your expenditure don't let them bully you into agreeing you could spend less on certain items if you need to spend more. For example you might need a large clothes budget if you wear special shoes. They won't allow much for an entertainment budget and of course none for a holiday budget. They allow a generous petrol and parking budget for obvious reasons.
if after phone assessment you think they haven't allowed enough for expenditure you can ask for a review but you have to justify why you need to spend more on certain items
Main thing is don't let them bully you -
