Hi.
Thanks for the welcome. I hope that I can give a little back as well. I have just done a course. "NCFE level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems". Which covers Understanding Mental Health, Understanding Stress, Understanding Anxiety, Understanding Phobias, Understanding Depression, Understanding Post-Natal Depression, Understanding Bipolar Disorder, Understanding Schizophrenia, Understanding Dementia, Understanding Eating Disorders, Understanding ADHD, Understanding OCD and Understanding PTSD.
I did a two day course on "Mental Health First Aid, For the Armed Forces Community, (MFHA), an ASIST course. Hopefully starting a course on AIDS.
I should point out that these are for only listening with, and sign posting people to the relevant professionals.
