Hi.
My name is James1956. I took early retirement from the NHS, to look after my husband. He has a two inch crack in his right knee, Osteoarthritis in both knees and in both hips, he also suffers from Focal Epilepsy in his left arm, from the elbow down to his hand.

    Hi.
Thanks for the welcome. I hope that I can give a little back as well. I have just done a course. "NCFE level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems". Which covers  Understanding Mental Health, Understanding Stress, Understanding Anxiety, Understanding Phobias, Understanding Depression, Understanding Post-Natal Depression, Understanding Bipolar Disorder, Understanding Schizophrenia, Understanding Dementia, Understanding Eating Disorders, Understanding ADHD, Understanding OCD and Understanding PTSD.
I did a two day course on "Mental Health First Aid, For the Armed Forces Community, (MFHA), an ASIST course. Hopefully starting a course on AIDS.

I should point out that these are for only listening with, and sign posting people to the relevant professionals.
