    Thank you! I'm just here to meet like-minded people. I think Western Medicine is effective but too dogmatic and Eastern Medicine is harmonious & salubrious to health, but not evidence-based enough. However, each methodology has its own truth behind it. Looking for a good mix of the two. 

    I practice yoga & read journal articles on Google Scholar
