Hi everyone, I have joined this group to gain information
 I am not going to moan and groan, that does not help any of us. I do believe in sharing our symptoms as someone else may hay a good suggestion to help. I hope that any tips I can offer will help others.

    Hello @yshelemy and welcome to the community. Don't come down too heavily on moaning and groaning :smile: - sometimes people just have to tell someone how they're feeling.
