hi i have 5 kids my eldest has aspergers my youngest girl has a rare kidney disease erbs palsy and learning difficulties my youngest boy has adhd social emotional and behavioural difficulties and some learning difficulties .

Sheesh, kyloren. It's not easy to find words. This is just not fair, is it? And how on earth do you cope with so much?
You will find conversations with others in similar situations in the 'Disabled Parents' thread and it is probably worth a look. Don't hesitate to join in and introduce yourself there. And I have no doubt other members will be getting back to you in due course.
