Hi everybody im at home its 3am and i cant sleep got to go hospital in the morning for a bowel cancer investigation wish me luck

Hello @RUBYrose1 and a warm welcome to the community. Sorry you were having sleep problems - wonder if we could establish a 'Night Owl' thread so that those who were having difficulty sleeping could connect with each other?
I'm hoping you've had your investigation and that it went as well as it could. Are you at home again, or have they admitted you?
