Just wondering has anyone taken Athos or capita to court for telling lies in their reports to PIP-DSS and could you get legal aid.

No, I'm new to this but I'm guessing most folk can't afford to sue them and I'm Damn sure legai aid has shrunk so much in the last ten years the answer would be - not a hope in hell.
