Hello @JoyLove and a warm welcome to you. Your rhyme is very, very neat and, like Lasian, I'd quite like to see it in our gallery, KaleidoScope.
Behind the rhyme here, of course, there seems to be serious 'reason'. DHP was new to me but it appears to be the Discretionary Housing Payment?
