I find it hard to believe there is no money for disabled people but there is plenty of money for pagentry etc I get confused

Hi @Ridler and welcome to the community. You're certainly not on your own in this. Pageantry, palaces and even the Houses of Parliament seem to be more important to some than their fellow human beings.
