hi i have lung cancer and i get pip and esa but ive never claimed housing benifit or council tax before i live alone in a private rented house my rent is 800 pounds a mth ive been paying every 6 mths from my savings but my savings are dwindling faster than i cant run im unable to work due to my health can i claim these benifits??? any help would be appreciated im 64 nearly 65
