Hi everyone hope you are all doing well I have a quick one I won my appeal on friday but it did not say if it's going to be back dated all it sied was from 2017 to 2021

Hi @lin34 and welcome to the community! Congratulations on winning your appeal, this is great news! Payments should be backdated from when you started your claim. Although it can take 6-8 weeks to receive this. If you need anything else then please do not hesitate to be in touch!Scope

Hi Chloe thank you I was speaking to the position how help me and they have sied that sometimes it goes back to the apell and they could still turn you down. That should not be Allowed if you got awarded it
