    Hello @lesdonn   Pleased to meet you..  Love this forum what is all great about it is not only the people of our community.

    Is to me the amazing people I meet. So  in answer to your question. The messaging service. Useful in the sense to make friends with people who are like you.

    Contacting every day we all need to talk and be supportive of each other.  Say how we are and I find this very uplifting and motivating.

    All very easy.  Click on to in box and type in the user name of who you wished to talk to .

    That is it.  Message will come to them.
