hi if a 20 year old girl lives with her partner who earns £950 pm. She gets pips lower rate and low universal credits. My question is :- is she entitled to free prescriptions and dental care

See if you can claim NHS low income benefits, PIP has mo effect on prescriptions or eye tests.

You may be interested in this list of extra money and help PIP entitles you to. For free prescriptions and dental care, have a look into the NHS HC2 form to see if she may be eligible. Hope this helps! -
This link tells you who qualifies for this with UC. Please make sure that they're entitled to them before ticking any boxes, if they don't they could be fined for claiming free prescriptions if they're not entitled to them. Not everyone is entitled to this when claiming UC.
