I have joined this forum to try to find some help; up to date solutions; new or working medicines/methods/medical tech and also to return in kind with help to assist others who are in need.
I am a single man in my 40s: From aged 17 I have been in a long battle with Low Back Pain.

I would say I have 20+years "experience" with chronic pain due to what was deemed a "pulled muscle" back then from a Bricklaying injury.
This, over time became "Sciatica"; but which has been FINALLY diagnosed through MRI in 2016 as DDD or Disc Degenerative Disease:

As of August 2018 I have had a Re-MRI and I am awaiting results of this: I hope to find discussion on all aspects of this and other immobilizing disabilities:
