Hi @fridayfeeling that's absolutely brilliant news.
I too have progressive bilateral hearing losses, along with balance issues, tinnitus and now anxiety and depression issues (Menieres) and they possibly think other A.I maybe Lupus) my hearing therapist and mental health counselor asked if I was receiving any benefits, and along with my physiotherapist, said I should be applying / claiming something or at least try.
So glad to hear you have been awarded. That really is encouraging news. In amongst the awful stories. Awaiting my F2F date still. XX0 -

Hi @fridayfeeling38,
That's great news regarding your PIP claim - congratulations!
As for tinnitus, I too have it and know just how much of a pain it can be - especially when I'm reading a book in bed in the evening, there's peace and quiet and then my ears start ringing! I'm still yet to find the perfect distraction!
Although, if you are looking for more information about tinnitus, the British Tinnitus Association has lots of useful information on their website which might be of interest.0
