It's just stressing me out more and more with this waiting game and the more I read about pip and other people's experience I get the feeling ill get a big fat no0
-
Hi @fridayfeeling38
Unfortunately the waiting time can vary.0 -
Is there any point in ringing the Sep department0
-
Sorry dwp department0

You can do All you can ask is Has a decision been made yet? If not then check for an update again maybe next week if no luck.1

I'm really hard of hearing ,,,last time got a friend to call and they would not ever listen they wanted to talk to me but my friend told them I can't hear and we communicate by written they just hung up the call which I found very rude0
-
I'm deaf too, it took them ages to accept that my mum had to speak on my behalf, be persistent0
-
Hello @fridayfeeling38 Sorry what has happened. I am partial deafness and have nominated a friend to help with my calls.
I found that often helps and then he can relay anything to me.
Also when I was in a mental health charity. Support worker did it. Which was great. Now trying to cope on my own. Even so still ask a friend to be nominated.
Could be a solution.
Hope that helps.
You need to be respected and treated right. Please take care
