Hey I have received a copy of the assessment report - I have scored 8 points for the daily living part and only 4 points for mobility - even though I believe I should have scored higher especially on the mobility part.
I wanted to ask whether the decision maker could still refuse to award me for the daily living part considering I’ve been scored the minimum to qualify.
Any help would be appreciated as I’m really anxious about this whole thing.
Xx

Hello @Tigtig Pleased to meet you welcome.
Thank you for joining and thank you for sharing.
I would advise to appeal you need to do this. Explained in the letter that you have received. Tells you what to do next . If you do not agree with the decision.
You are naturally anxious we as a community are here to reassure you. Have a look at our benefit advice on appeals.
Lots of the community have done this.
I would speak to CAB as well helpful and useful . Have knowledge and expertise.
We are a supportive, friendly community. Care and share.
Ask the community anything. Some one will know.
Please take care.
