I received my renewal letter in Feb 2018, 26th march they received my form back by recorded delivery theny assessment was on the 18th July, I received my text message on the 6th aug to say they have everything they need, rang them yesterday to be told they are now working on week 10th August, I can't believe how long it takes, ps I am an existing PIP claimer

It's not just me them, it has caused me anxiety and sleeplessness nights, even waking up at 4.00am then can't get back to sleep. I have sat in my front room watching the letter box for weeks, it's not good enough
