advice for sleeping issues

Hi I have sp dipligia and have recently been diagnosed with asbergers I struggle to sleep and wonder which will be causing me the problem or is a combination.I do not take or want to take any medication just any advice welcome

Hi I have a 22 yr old son with aspergers and he as been nocturnal since leaving school.He never goes to sleep before 4.am0

Hi its really interesting how things effect sleep suppose I am answering my own question,but for many years I living off grid a very natural life no artificial light and thing's were good but moving back into suburbia is not healthy for me or anyone I think.0
