I as born with Spina Bifida Occulta which causes me severe chronic back pain. I have been prescribed 2 forms of morphine and various other meds which I have been taking regularly for several years now. My pain is not under control and have days when it takes a couple of hours to be able to get out of bed. I tried hydrotherapy but found it caused me even more pain. I realise that this is my "lot" but wondered if there is anyone here in a similar situation? Going out is a real problem as I have to use public transport which again causes me more pain - along with feeling inadequate.1
