Battered bruised and harressed oh and yet another form to fill  ....worse was took 5 years for council to sort the poll tax out

    Thanks is overly complicated  but getting there just the forms was put on full pip support  but still the forms come every year

    Please can I make a suggestion regarding your benefit forms . CAB they have a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

    I use them all the time or use if when have one some one like health support workers.
