Hello to everyone, I am struggling with mental health problems at the moment.   I am incredibly lucky to have the support of my wonderful children.  But I am the lonliest person in the world ?

    Please can I ask are you getting any support for your mental health and how can the community best advise. Offer guidance and support.

     I have anxiety and depression.  I would consider looking on line for support and advice. Sometimes contacting a local mental health charity can be beneficial to your well being.

    I know I have done this many times.
