Hi. I'm a 32 year old woman with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, among other things. I'm having a serious flare right now which is preventing me from going out. I feel lonely.

I'm a fellow sufferer & understand exactly what you mean
I have found you have to go with the flow on how you feel & rest your body
Doesn't help the loneliness
Explain to you friends, you will sometimes be suprised
Mine started at 34 & remember how I felt.
It was like my life had stopped
I soon learned to enjoy life when I could & veg on sofa & good film when I can't
But we are here to be a shoulder for you
Take care & don't ever feel alone
