Im so sorry to hear you are having such a tough time, Im sorry for the loss of your foster brother.
You mention you are struggling with manic depression and self harm, are you getting any support around these things?
It may help you to discuss these feelings with someone who is qualified to help, you can call the Samaritans on 116 123 (free) or email them at jo@samaritans.org
There is also information around self harm on the MIND website here that might help.
