Hello, I'm Neil and I'm working on the new Scope website which will launch early next year.

We'll have a new advice and support section of the site, and I'd love your help testing the navigation menu.

This activity should take about 10-15 minutes and will help us organise the content on the new site.

    Hi @Neil_Faz_Scope @Sam_Scope
i’m not a Community champion but I thought help
I did the website test and I have some feedback for you as there was no where at the end to put this (a box at the end of the test to put feedback would be good)

It was great to see I could at find all the relevant information however it took a lot of navigation it took a while to get the hang of it wasn’t necessarily easy at first glance.

Whilst things are split up into a lot of things into different categories that can make it easier you have to know where to loook for the information you want/ be good with tech to work your way around I can imagine if someone wants a easy way to find what there looking for/not as capable or just someone new to the site then for someone like that it’s not that easy.

    @Neil_Faz_Scope @Sam_Scope

I took a wrong turn on a couple of questions but quickly realised and got to the right result.

One thing which did occur to me, on the feeding tube question after checking parents of disabled children I only knew where to look next ie equipment, housing and transport because of my time on the scope community. I doubt that I would have thought looking there without that knowledge. Linking it with Housing and Transport it just wouldn't connect in my mind with finding information about feeding tubes. But that is just my opinion.

    Thanks again everyone!

I've already got some really useful insights (including that medical equipment doesn't belong with housing and transport @Geoark, thanks!)

I'm going to leave this running over the weekend, then fully analyse the results next week. Tell your friends. ;-)

Yup, had a god this morning.

Will you have a search function too? So that, for example  'feeding disabled child' would bring up the right area etc.

Mostly OK.  But couldn't find any help for task 3.  There were no sub sections about feeding or tubes.  Maybe there was one under "cerebral palsy" but it did not say they had CP so I assumed not and didn't go into that sub section.

Hello again everyone! Thank you for your help in December. Now the website is live, we'd like to test some potential changes to make our advice and support articles even easier to find.
We have 3 surveys going live, with slightly different questions or a slightly different set of possible answers.

It's probably best if each person only takes one of them (as they're quite similar), so please pick one at random. But I won't stop you taking as many as you like!

Here they are. Each one activity should take about 5-10 minutes and will help us organise the content on the new site.
Thank you again for your help!

    Neil
