A media outlet have just sent in a request asking to speak to disabled people who have “had cuts to their benefits or difficulties with ESA or PIP that have had an adverse affect.”
If you would be happy to speak publicly about this, outside of this forum, please contact pressoffice@scope.org.uk directly (rather than commenting on the post!).

I claimed ESA and it was disallowed its a dreadful benefit and PIP you have to not walk or something like that

People who say you always win at a tribunal not so. Appealed twice each time was upgraded. Wasn't going to push my luck on a third time. At my esa a pack of lies was wrote down

Is this for a newspaper article or radio interview?

I've emailed them.

We have another opportunity for somebody to share their experiences of losing PIP/ESA in the media.
Please note that this opportunity would require the person to have their name, age, parental status and picture in the organisation's paper and media, which we appreciate may not be suitable for everybody.
