Has enyone sufferd from sepsis or been in hospital fr a long time I'm struggling was in hospital fr 11mnth

    I am sorry for what you have been through. I was discharged from hospital/rehab 3 weeks ago after a 9 month stay. I am really struggling to process everything that happened, the  flashbacks, the nightmares, I think I'm suffering with PTSD.

    I know I dont know you but I just want to give you a hug.
