hi my name is Alessandra and I’m 42 from wales, I had a stroke in 2013 and I’m a type 2 diabetic with mental health issues. I have no friends and no one to talk to about anything. I have recently been shoved on uc and I’m worse off than ever. My partner has trigeminal neuralgia and is currently off work sick.

Hi @mrsboffin
“No Probs”
Yes mine was a full one caused by an “Bleed in my Brain”

Wow! I bet that was difficult, having something like that happen in a foreign country... how old were you? I was 38. Have you been left with any lasting issues? I have to use a stick now as I can’t walk very far at all0

Hi @mrsboffin
Yes it was our first day on holiday.
It was worse for my wife initially as she had also got our two year old son by herself.
Yes I was 38 at the time as well.
Wow yes the Stroke effected my left hand side.
I have also had further problems with my right hand side since.
How about you??????
