Hi my wife suffered a stroke in 1990 which resulted in her loosing her ability to speak, over the years she has gained some speech but not normal.
She has been through three assessments the first won at tribunal the second DWP revised themselves the latest we are waiting for a new tribunal. In all three assessments she scored zero points. In the latest assessment the HCP has lied in his report. Already I know we will win the appeal I will also be pushing as hard as I can to get the HCP the sack.
I have met with my MP to gain his support.
My advise ALWAYS have the assessment recorded.
The whole system is corrupt.

Hi @Tynwald, and a warm welcome to the community.
I'm so sorry to hear about your wife's experiences, and glad to hear that you've been so proactive. I hope your upcoming tribunal goes as well as possible. If you have any questions, do feel free to post in our PIP/DLA discussions.
