I received a phone call on 29/01/19 from head of advisory service saying i had had evidence reviewed and was sufficient to support severity of my claim and nothing had changed and they did not need a home visit and notified DWP
I received confirmation letter from the Health Advisory Service on the 31/01/19 with the following stated:
A Healthcare Professional has reviewed the further evidence received, and in respect of this has decided that it is no longer necessary to undergo an assessment at this time.
Your case has been returned to the DWP.
I am in a support group and meet all the criteria, and evidence states my situation will not improve. I called the DWP to ask if they have sent me confirmation. dwp said they received information from assessment advisory service on 07/02/19 and it can take up to 12 weeks to get a reply. What does this mean...

Hello, it means it can take up to 12 weeks to get a reply or award notification letter. It's a waiting game.0

Hi it’s an awful wait x0

It’s a game of please be patient and wait for a answer. This is why I don’t want to apply for ESA, applying for DLA was bad enough for me personally. I basically wrote a essay on disability on my claim form. Good luck. Perhaps you should also see if you can find a online guide to help you fill out the form too.
When I was told about DLA I found a online guide incredibly useful.0 -
NO I PASSED EVERYTHING DONE HAD ENOUGH EVIDENCE PAPER ASSESSMENT DONE0

It means you have won the lottery, all you have to do now is sit back and relax, the cheque is in the post.0

It means that you've had a paper based assessment and you can't be found fit for work but you can either remain in the Support Group or be placed into the WRAG.Ring and ask for a copy of the assessment report, this will give you some idea what the decision is likely to be because they mostly go with the report.0
