    Hi, I have arthritis too but also have CRPSOME. So pain is really overwhelming.  How do you manage.

    I am struggling to keep my job at a special needs school.. Occupational health say fit for work after had hip replacement last October but been put in with early years 6 of 8 in nappies still. Not disabled yet but ache daily from physical challenges . Not sure where to head next.. Osteo in other hip and both knees but keep mobile with physio.. Exhausted on many levels as post surgery plus loads of low work.. Any one have any tips..
