Research Participation
Hello,
My name is Amy Best, I am currently a MPhil Student at Aberystwyth University conducting research into the psychology of amputees who have returned to the world of competitive sport and I’m currently in the process of recruiting participants. It is hoped that this research will not only further the knowledge in this under researched area but also inform future interventions in order to positively affect individuals transition to life as an amputee. My research will consist of two interviews conducted around a month apart. In order to be eligible to participate individuals must have been born non-disabled and had an amputation some time in your life. Would you be able to pass my information on to anyone that may be interested in participating in my research.
Thank you,
Amy Best
