My son and and husband are both autistic. After going through diagnosis with them I had a strong connection thinking that I might also be autistic. After going through the diagnosis route, they have said I have some "flavours" but Im not autistic. The tests I had to complete were weird, but I completed them but since then I realised I shouldve said how they were making me feel! Ridiculous I know, I completed every task as asked because I was asked and felt this was what they needed to give me a diagnosis, now I dont know what to do.

Hi @mazzy7 thank you for sharing this with us. Going through the diagnosis route is not always a smooth ride. You may find it useful to get in touch with your GP and telling them how you feel and see if they can refer you to another specialist team, for a second opinion? There's some information on diagnosing autism in adults, on the NHS website.
Please keep us updated.
