Fundraising song for cerebral palsy centre - ideas welcome

This Wednesday, 3rd April, we're launching Cardiff Song, a fundraising single for Bobath Wales, the cerebral palsy treatment centre which has done so much for my son Jordi. Jordi was originally down to sing it but was taken in for a major op to cut and reset his femurs - so his little sister Zazie and her pal stepped in. We're trying to raise awareness on social media, so if there is anyone out there who knows more about Twitter, Snapchat, Instgram etc than I do (not hard) advice is welcome!
