Hi can someone tell me who is higher a case manager or team leader??

The Team leader often works within the team, as a member, carrying out the same roles but with the additional 'leader' responsibilities - as opposed to higher level management which often has a separate job role altogether, so in theroy a case manager should be higher, but it's all in a name tbh, and as job roles change from one depment to another, who can really tell or know for sure, but for me, it should be the manager
