delay in decision

capita assessment 15th april-- changing from dla to pips after 22 years--letter from pips 7th may said they had all info needed to make desicion-its now 7 weeks 2 days no verdict-rang today-very rude lady-i was told ill have to wait on letter coming-i asked how long?-as long as it takes-she hung up any one know actual time it takes for descision? thanks

no i wasnt aware you could do this until i actually recieved decision---------i will contact capita today and ask them can i have it-cab told me this morning they are having serious problems with pips people and complaints about rudeness when you ring help line-in my area they tell me it is normally maximun 6 weeks for decision although she knew of numerous ones that only took 3-4 weeks-----pips are not co operating with them either-----she rang on my behalf but was told they could only speak to claimant -she handed phone to me--sorry we cant help you at moment as computers are down-cab girl said this is a common ploy they are coming up with now-thanks for help0
