Hello @christ125
This leaflet should help demystify your new CPAP machine -

I need them.to sort out day ones I've been told just use it at night april2018mom0

Can you email the respiratory team @christ125? This is not right. They should have provided you with a leaflet detailing how to use it. If that doesn’t work, contact Patient Advocacy Services.0

I have seen them in person at me hospital for the 2-6 week review all the said when I explained about day ones was see neurologist at the hospital took a few weeks just to track down/get through to drs/neurologists secretary you have to go through the secretary

Contact the secretary then for the neurologist. This is completely unprofessional to me.
Patient questions should be handled in a timely manner.0 -

Hi @christ125, I'm sorry you are still waiting for this equipment. Did they say when they would call back? I hope they are able to provide more guidance 8th October.

I have used CPAP since Oct 2015 and have been using a non-invasive ventilator since March 2018.
What are you struggling with?0 -
Hi @christ125, I hope your appointment goes well next week. How are you getting on?
