We've been contacted by a BBC journalist who would like to hear from disabled people/relatives/carers who have been targeted by fake profiles/messages attempting to lure them into paying exorbitant membership fees.

If you or someone you know would like to share your story, please contact simi.jolaoso@bbc.co.uk directly.
