So where do I go for a claim against them! For videoed forced assessment for a cquin award and austerity curing Autism.

Spoke to law society, Disability law service and told by a solicitor that said they were criminal law but that local government ombudsman should open an Investigation. 

Reported to ombudsman, doubt anything will hapoen

Spoken with local government ombudsman again and found the financial assessment that allows £1 week for multiple things- they are looking into it.

any delay for you is a breach of the Equality act and unlawful discrimination this happened because you are disabled they should be paying you a fair amount of compensation
