Hello,
I do not have a disability myself, but am Mum to twins who both have (very different versions of) CP, some other diagnosis's on top of that, strewn left and right.
Is there a parent forum or something like that around here? Well, I'll probably find out in a few minutes, am here for the first time.
Looking forward to "meeting" you all,
Udosdottir

Hi @Udosdottir
A very warm welcome.
As for your specific request about CP and parenting.
I am tagging @Richard_Scope, as he is the lead on CP on the forum.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes -

Hi @Udosdottir. Welcome to the forums!

Hi @Udosdottir - I myself are new to the community, I have a little girl who is 4, who also has CP.
She’s just recently had SDR surgery (selective dorsal Rhizotomy), she wears splints throughout the day. I’m always here if you’d like a chat ☺️ -
Thanks for the welcome, April and Danielle!@daniellelinleyx I hope the surgery went well for you! Do you see the kind of improvement that is sometimes advertised? Unfortunately for my two this is not an option... I am based in the midlands - are you somewhere close?
