Hi my name is Elaine I had a stroke in Feb I lost the use of my left side. Iam getting onto my feet very slowly but doing OK. At the I have got edenma in both legs the are swollen and very sore. Can any one tell me what I can do to make them better again

Thank you for reaching out to us, I am sorry to hear that you had a stroke. as for your adema this is medical problem, that has most likely to have been caused by your Stroke.
first have you made you GP aware of this? that is the first and most important thing to do. have a look at link below, it will give you some facts about this condition and how you can help reduce the issues by yourself at home.
